Each guest room is artfully decorated in an accent of colors borrowed from the queen or king sized quilts - handmade by the Amish of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Each room has a black iron fire stove - providing a cozy warmth on cool evenings or creating a romantic ambiance year-round. All rooms enjoy a private bath and shower/tub, individual thermostat to regulate room temperature, some have private balconies or patios. The peaceful forest provides the backdrop from each room's window. Some of our rooms are pet friendly.

All guest rooms are appointed with a TV, cable, and VCR's - attractively enclosed in a pinewood armoire. A complimentary library of videos is available for guests' use. Each room has a private phone and computer modem jack. Fax and copy services are also available upon request.

McCaffrey House Policies

All quoted rates are for double occupancy. Please add 8% travel occupancy tax to the price of all rooms. The Sunrise and Sage Rooms will accommodate a family of four - room pricing ranges according to number of guests in the room. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends. A full breakfast is served each morning; and wine or sparkling cider is served in the early evening. Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Our cancellation policy is this: If you give us more than 8 days' notice, we will refund your deposit, in full, less a $10 per room, per night, handling free. Your Reservation/Confirmation notice will reflect the last day a cancellation may be made. Reservations made less than 8 days prior to arrival are considered firm.

PET POLICIES

• There is a $25 a night charge for your dog.
• Your dog may not be left alone in guest rooms.
• Please keep your dog on a leash in public areas.
• We will provide a sheet to cover the comforter should your dog sleep on the bed with you.
• When breakfast is served on the deck, your dog is welcome to join you.
• We ask that your dog be clean, well groomed, and have current shots and flea & tick care.
• An aggressive dog is not welcome, nor are young pups. A dog must be good around
   other people and like other dogs.
• Owner will be responsible for any damages, injury or lost revenue, that may be caused
   by their dog.
