Each guest room is artfully decorated ... with an accent of colors borrowed from the queen or king sized quilts, many handmade by the Amish of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. All rooms have a black iron fire stove - providing a cozy warmth on cool evenings or creating a romantic ambiance year-round. All rooms enjoy a private bath and shower/tub, individual thermostat to regulate room temperature, some have private balconies or patios. The peaceful forest provides the backdrop from each room's window. Some of our rooms are pet friendly. Extensive amenities include new flat screen TV's, DVD players, robes, Ipod docking ports, 5400 thread count sheets and pillow cases, private phone and computer modem jack, wireless high speed internet. Fax and copy services are also available.

Reservations: To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of one night's room and tax is required at time of booking. All quoted rates are for double occupancy. Please add 10% travel occupancy tax to the price of all rooms. The Sunrise and Sage Rooms will accommodate a family of four - room pricing reflects double occupancy. There is an additional $15 per person charge. A two night minimum stay is required on Saturdays and holiday periods. A full breakfast is served each morning; and wine or sparkling cider is served in the early evening. Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

Our cancellation policy is this: If you give us more than 10 days' notice, we will refund your deposit, in full, less a $10 per room, per night, handling free. Cancellations of 10 days or less receive a credit only if the room is rebooked. Early departures are considered a cancellation. Reservations made less than 10 days prior to arrival are considered firm. Any reservations rescheduled within our cancellation period will be charged in full; if subsequently cancelled, no refund will be made; any further changes are at the innkeepers discretion. Please note that holiday and holiday week reservations have a 21 day cancellation period.
