House Policies
All quoted rates are for double occupancy. Please
add 8% travel occupancy tax to the price of all
rooms. The Sunrise and Sage Rooms will accommodate
a family of four - room pricing reflects double
occupancy. There is an additional $15 per person
charge. A two night minimum stay is required on
weekends. A full breakfast is served each morning;
and wine or sparkling cider is served in the early
evening. Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out
is 11 a.m. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express.
Our
cancellation policy is this: If you give us more
than 8 days' notice, we will refund your deposit,
in full, less a $10 per room, per night, handling
free. Your Reservation/Confirmation notice will
reflect the last day a cancellation may be made.
Reservations made less than 8 days prior to arrival
are considered firm.
Pet
Policies
•
There is a $25 a night charge for your dog.
• Your dog may not be left alone in guest
rooms.
• Please keep your dog on a leash in public
areas.
• We will provide a sheet to cover the comforter
should your dog sleep on the bed with you.
• When breakfast is served on the deck, your
dog is welcome to join you.
• We ask that your dog be clean, well groomed,
and have current shots and flea & tick care.
• An aggressive dog is not welcome, nor are
young pups. A dog must be good around
other people and like other dogs.
• Owner will be responsible for any damages,
injury or lost revenue, that may be caused
by their dog. |
