House Policies
All quoted rates are for double occupancy. Please
add 8% travel occupancy tax to the price of all
rooms. The Sunrise and Sage Rooms will accommodate
a family of four - room pricing reflects double
occupancy. There is an additional $15 per person
charge. A two night minimum stay is required on
Saturdays and holiday periods. A full breakfast
is served each morning; and wine or sparkling cider
is served in the early evening. Check-in time is
3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
Our
cancellation policy is this: If you give
us more than 8 days' notice, we will refund your
deposit, in full, less a $10 per room, per night,
handling free. Reservations made less than 8 days
prior to arrival are considered firm.
Dog
Policies
•
There is a $25 a night charge for each dog.
• Your dog may not be left alone in guest
rooms.
• Please keep your dog on a leash in public
areas.
• We will provide a sheet to cover the comforter
should your dog sleep on the bed with you.
• When breakfast is served on the deck, your
dog is welcome to join you.
• We ask that your dog be clean, well groomed,
and have current shots and flea & tick care.
• An aggressive dog is not welcome, nor are
young pups. A dog must be good around
other people and like other dogs.
• Owner will be responsible for any damages,
injury or lost revenue, that may be caused
by their dog. Owners
must agree to be responsible for any and all damage
done by their dog. The dog owners credit
card on file will be charged for any and all damage
done by their dog. |
